United States Cut back on Mandatory Sentences For Some Drug Offences
Just wondering how this development can be of advantage to the US. In reality, will this new reform reduce the crime rate in the US or increase it? I believe that man has the tendency to take things for granted even as the reform would only benefit first offenders, offenders with no ties to gangs or cartels.
